i no longer need the ancient mew i bought a set of promo's off ebay this morning and ancient mew was one of them
so i just need:
complete southern islands set
metagross*
groudon*
any other mew,celebi or jirachi

Can't really help you as I scarcely have any newer cards. The only "recent" Promos I have are the Chimecho and Beldum WINNER Promos from just before Hidden Legends. I have the Mew #8 and Mew #9 promos which are old hat but pretty cool, although I'd be unwilling to hand 'em over too easily, as I only have one of each.

No joy - I was never THAT fortunate with the promos

I picked up a lot of the ones from the Neo sets and the Mews. That's about it.
