Once I was browsing an old Pokemon and Beyblade site called Pikasurf. It had a theories page. I saw an interesting one that suggested that Ash's father could be a Ho-Oh! At first my thoughts were:0.o

Then, they started laying down some evidence.

Ash saw Ho-oh on the very first episode, it was flying over him majesticly.

Their was a dramatic sequence when he was protecting the Ho-Oh flame from the psycho sneasle.

And, let's not forget Ash being the Chosen One and all...that supports that Ho-Oh, who seems to be a guardian of the earth..type of Pokemon, is Ash's father.

Now you may be wondering, how would it be possible for Delia to become pregnant from a huge firey chicken...but perhaps Ho-Oh has the power to change into a human like Latias did in Pokemon Heroes.

This theory is very strange yet very interesting. What do you guys think?
